• Limit quantities per customer

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing begins.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Delivery confirmation from the carrier is considered proof of delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
